Order Processing Time
Your order ships within one business day. Most orders for Bikinis, Tops, Bottoms, One Piece, 3 Piece Swimsuit, Tankini, Cover Up, and Sunglasses leave our warehouse within 24 hours. If you order a custom size or a monogrammed item, please allow two extra business days for personalization. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your package is handed to the carrier. Domestic Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $49. For orders under $49, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 applies.
International Shipping
We ship to over 35 countries. Delivery typically takes ten to twenty business days. Customs processing in your country may add extra days. You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees. We cannot mark your package as a “gift” or reduce the declared value. Some countries restrict certain swimsuit fabrics. Order Tracking
After your package ships, we send a tracking link to your email. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours. Contact us at [email protected] if tracking stalls for more than ten days.
Missing a Delivery
Carriers make three delivery attempts. You have five calendar days to pick up your package. Unclaimed items are returned to us. Reshipping will require you to pay the shipping fee again.
Damaged Item Upon Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, take clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. Email the pictures and your order number to [email protected] for a free replacement or full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is missing, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
