30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days to return unworn swimwear. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but strict hygiene rules apply. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any deodorant marks, makeup stains, or sunscreen residue. The protective hygiene liner must be completely intact and attached. If the liner is removed or damaged, we cannot accept the return – this is for your safety and the safety of other customers. All original tags must be attached. Proof of purchase is required. Custom‑sized or monogrammed items are final sale.
How to Start a Return
Log into your account on Cirsola.com and go to “Order History.” Find the item you wish to return and click “Request Return.” You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within two business days. Write this number clearly on the outside of your return package. Never ship a return without an RA number – our warehouse will reject it and send it back at your cost. If you do not have an online account, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day.
Refunds
Refunds take five to ten business days after inspection. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect the item for hygiene liner integrity, stains, odors, and wear. This inspection takes three to five business days. If the item meets our standards, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may need an additional five to ten business days to post the refund. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error, such as sending the wrong size or color.
Exchanges
We recommend placing a new order for the correct size immediately. This ensures the item does not sell out while you wait. Then return the original item for a refund using the standard process. This method is much faster than waiting for a direct exchange. If you still prefer a direct exchange, request one through your account. We will ship the replacement after we receive and inspect your return. One free domestic exchange per order for size issues is offered. International customers pay all return and exchange shipping fees.
When a Return Is Rejected
We inspect every returned item carefully. Common reasons for rejection include: removed or torn hygiene liner, deodorant or makeup marks on the fabric, suntan lotion stains, cigarette or perfume odor, missing tags, and visible wear such as stretched elastic. If your return fails inspection, we will email you photos and a written explanation. You may be charged a restocking fee of up to 30 percent, or we may deny the refund entirely. You can ask us to ship the item back to you, but you will have to pay the shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non‑returnable: any item with a broken or removed hygiene liner, bottoms without a liner, and any product marked “final sale” or “clearance” on the product page. Also non‑returnable: custom‑sized items, monogrammed or personalized products, gift cards, and clearance merchandise. If you are unsure whether a specific style is returnable, email [email protected] before placing your order. We recommend ordering your usual size and using the size chart to avoid returns.
Return Shipping Costs
You pay for return shipping unless we made an error – for example, we sent you the wrong item or a defective product. In that case, we will email you a free return label. For all other returns, use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail. If we provide a prepaid label and you choose to use it, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund. International customers are always responsible for return shipping costs. Use your local postal service for the most affordable rates.
